Our stone crabs are wild-caught and cooked right on the boat or as soon as they arrive at the dock.
We source our stone crab claws from the waters of coastal Florida.
To maintain a sustainable fishery, only one claw is taken from the crab once it meets the size requirement. The crab is then returned to the water, where it eventually regenerates another claw.
