Our crawfish are slightly sweet, a little salty with a firm meaty texture, and taste like a cross between lobster and shrimp. They resemble tiny lobsters, and chances are if you are a fan of lobster or crab you will enjoy crawfish as well. Crawfish are almost as fun to eat as they are tasty; pick out all the meat with your fingers and don’t miss the bright yellow juices squeezed from the head, it’s sweet, briny and delicious!
